TIGARD YOUTH SOCCER

 

This program is open to all kindergarten through 12th grade players. Games are played each Saturday beginning the weekend after Labor Day. Teams are formed the second week of July so register soon to secure your spot.

Request a coach and 2 buddies to play on your team.

When registering online, you just need to name a coach and two friends under the SPECIAL REQUEST field. TYS will do everything in it’s power to honor your request, but it is not possible to have every request fulfilled due to the large number of partcipants in the program. Players registering after the deadline will put on a waiting list. There is no guarantee that they will be able to be placed on a team with their requested friends.

Would you like be a volunteer coach? 

In the online registration, when registering the player, select coach in the VOLUNTEER FIELD. (Assistant coaches must be requested by the head coach of teams.) Coaching clinics and manuals will be available, as well as assistance from SSC professional coaches, to help our recreational coaches.

 A $20 late fee and the player being placed on a waiting list will occur after the deadline of June 24th

We need more qualified referees. This is a paid position and a very good value for the time invested. If you are interested in being a referee for the season, you must obtain your Level 8 Referee License (if you do not already have one) AND attend the mandatory in-house training sessions and all meetings.
